Her integrative approach combines CBT, Humanistic Therapies, Transactional Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, Art, Dance, and Narrative Therapy.
With experience across children, families, corporates, rehabilitation residents, couples, special needs individuals, older adults, and conducting mental health sessions with the Indian Army, she creates a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

Dhanashri holds a B.A. Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and M.A. Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College. She works with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, childhood trauma, grief, stress, anger management, adjustment difficulties, and body image issues.
With clinical experience at Kamla Nehru Hospital, Pune and as a workshop facilitator at Ahilya Devi School, she brings expertise in both individual therapy and group-based interventions for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and students.
